Assalamu Alaikum. I am Khadiza Tahira from Pabna district. I started my first tutoring job when I was in class five. It was my first income, teaching a class one student. Later, I received a scholarship, and gradually, my tutoring work increased. During my intermediate studies, I received both a board scholarship and a bank scholarship. I got married in 2015 after completing my intermediate studies. Before marriage, I wasn't very skilled in cooking. My husband loves food but prefers home-cooked meals over store-bought ones. This motivated me to learn various types of cooking. While thinking about what I could do from home, I decided to work with homemade food. My father loves cake, so in 2019, I joined a baking class. Later, I joined many online and offline classes from various mentors. I then opened a Facebook page, and my first cake customer was my cousin. Encouraged by everyone, I started taking orders. I also started conducting online and offline classes, and Alhamdulillah received very good feedback. In 2021, I enrolled in a professional chef course. In 2022, I participated in the Cooking Level-1 and Baking Level-2 exams and became competent.I worked as an assistant trainer at a renowned culinary institute in Dhaka called Food Cadets.In 2024, I participated in the Baking Level-3 exam and Alhamdulillah became competent. In 2024, I joined ICT Bangla as a trainer. I am very proud to work with ICT Bangla as it allows me to help newcomers with my experience and provide them with proper guidance.With everyone's prayers and love, I am gradually progressing.
